Our last night here in Honolulu, and it is with much sadness we must say Aloha 'Oe ~ it has been a most lovely and enjoyable three weeks on the island of Oahu. May wonderful days of sun and 80 degrees have allowed us to become totally relaxed and become truly appreciative of all that the island has to offer.

Happy Birthday to the best father a girl could ever have! Roger Wilbur Cherrington, born this day in 1925 - so small at birth that he fit into a shoebox (so the story goes!), he grew to an impressive height of six feet four inches. God blessed him with wisdom, kindness, patience, determination and good looks too!!! Many more returns of the day to you Daddy!!
We are enjoying glorious days here on the island of Oahu - the weather has been absolutely perfect with blues skies and 80 degrees each day since we arrived on January 29. The view from our hotel room lanai is just spectacular and everything else has been just first class. Good food, lovely beach walks, great music - all the things that make up a wonderful vacation!
