Seems like that is where I am at right now, the low time of the year. Winter has never really arrived and spring isn't quite on the horizon. I am having to push myself to get at all of the necessary work and projects here at home, and have found lots of rationalizations to avoid them altogether!
Thank goodness I do have the wonder of Hawaii to look forward to and not much longer either! We leave on February 22 and the sun and warm temperatures will be a tonic!! When we return it will be nearly time to think of outside gardening time and that is something to ease the transition back to the midwest!
One bit of news, yesterday in her Biology class Delaney fainted and got sick while attempting to dissect a worm!! (at first we were told it was a cow's eye, but it actually was a worm) When Taylor went to school to fetch her, he said she was completely white! I am happy to report that by late afternoon she was feeling back to herself. I do hope that if she is required to do more dissections, the teacher will have her sitting down on a chair!
