Big Birthday Wishes go out to my dad today! Roger Wilbur Cherrington was born at home in Freeborn, Minnesota on this very day in 1925 to Warren and Ruth, their fifth and final family addition! The story that my Grandma C would tell about his birth his was that he was such a tiny baby, his head fit into a coffee cup and he slept in a shoebox. Now, I have to wonder if the coffee cup and shoebox were both of the extra-large variety, but it always made a good story nonetheless!
